We are attending IPS Chem PU China 2025 in Guangzhou as a manufacturer to expand resilient sourcing, evaluate process efficiency and automation, and progress low-VOC, halogen-free, and bio-based polyurethane solutions. Led by General Manager Emrah Akbaş and Vice Chairman Yener Rakıcıoğlu, our program focuses on co-development, supply-chain cadence (lead times, MOQs, safety stock), technical service (commissioning, operator training), and a fast lab → pilot → series path. We aim to return with qualified partners, greener formulations, and measurable gains in quality and continuity.

Why we’re here (our objectives)
As a manufacturer—not just a supplier—our priority is to advance quality, continuity, and sustainability together. Our visit agenda turns these priorities into concrete actions:
Supply & raw-material diversification: Broaden reliable, competitive sources for polyols, isocyanates, catalysts, silicone additives, and flame retardants; establish alternative/backup lanes to reduce geographic risk.
Process efficiency & automation: Evaluate dosing, mixing, monitoring, and other process technologies that stabilize quality while reducing energy use and environmental footprint.
Sustainable formulations: Develop low-VOC, halogen-free, and where feasible bio-based options that maintain or improve performance.
Quality & compliance: Ensure all gains align with REACH, global standards, and customer audits; streamline TDS/MSDS and sampling workflows on site.
Market & application focus: Validate opportunities face-to-face across automotive, construction, furniture & bedding, footwear & leather, and CASE (coatings, adhesives,
sealants, elastomers).
Why IPS Chem PU China 2025 Matters: Our Objectives
What we’re discussing (B2B meeting themes)
Co-development: Tailored additive packages and process parameters for specific end uses.
Supply-chain cadence: Lead times, MOQs, safety stock, and optimized logistics routes to Türkiye.
Technical service & after-sales: Commissioning, start-up support, and operator training.
Sample → pilot → series: A fast, shared roadmap from lab samples to pilot and serial production.
How we’re approaching the show
We’ve structured our program around technology scouting + business development + supply security. Bringing material producers, equipment providers, and end-use markets together lets us address production needs and customer performance expectations at the same time.
What we expect to gain
More resilient and competitive sourcing through qualified alternatives.
More efficient production with lower waste and energy per unit.
A greener portfolio that meets regulations and customer demand.
Faster technical responses by leveraging co-development networks and accelerating validation.
